Hi, I’m Adam. – I’m a Lifestyle Coach, who specializes in sport-specific strength & conditioning, fitness and nutrition.

I love fitness! It’s my obsession, my passion, my journey, my discovery, my foundation, my mentor and the greatest gift I have to share with others!

I believe that fitness is where the mind and body meet. I could go on for days about the science behind strength progressions, talk about sets and reps and macro calculations. But the truth is what drives me is what people see in themselves when they begin their journey: the hope, the confidence, the belief in themselves. I want to help you conquer your fears and see what your strongest self is capable of. I want to help you see yourself that way those that love you see you. I want you to rediscover your inner strength by developing your outer strength. I know it sounds crazy, but I believe that this silly little thing called exercise will save your life like it did mine.

I believe fitness is about balance and happiness. I believe it’s about being able to do more. Fitness has a place in every part of our lives. It shouldn’t be something that we “fit in” at the end of a long day, but something we love. Something we look forward to every day that can bring us close to the ones we love (including ourselves). Fitness can mean an afternoon at a trampoline park, playing laser tag or feeling better about taking the stairs into the office again. You decide. But I look forward to helping guide you on that journey!
