Ok, can we rewind to March of this year?  Because if you had asked me if I would miss being at the gym or want to be swimming laps or want to be on the elliptical or lifting weights I would have said that you are absolutely crazy!

Because I’m not an exerciser, right?  I don’t have a good relationship with my body.  I cry when I do downward dog.  And then I started working with Adam.  Because enough was enough of hating this body that I’m in.  And Adam taught me that I can have a friendship with my body and be proud of what it does.  And I can actually love exercising?!  

I still can’t believe it most days.  But I have someone in my corner who’s proud of me, who taught me what my body can do.  Who taught me about nutrition and fitness in a way that works for me.  That makes me feel good about me, in a way that no other program or approach ever has.

So if you’re even thinking about doing this thing, working with Adam; take it from someone who used to burst into tears the second she started jogging…you can do it too.

I’ve been working with Adam for about 2 months and I’m super happy with my progress and his coaching!

Before working with Adam, I was going off of routines I found online. But I feel like the volume wasn’t enough to see improvements, plus other components were lacking (nutrition, focus on rest, etc). I also kept going back and forth between cut and bulk cycles without seeing improvements on either end.

During our consultation, Adam and I discussed my fitness goals, what equipment I had, and if I had any dietary preferences/restrictions. After that call, Adam created a lifting and nutrition plan. He also provided suggestions on how to modify my workouts and nutrition during the holidays to continue seeing results, but not stress about it and also live in the moment to enjoy the festivities!

A few things about Adam and his coach that that I really enjoy:
⁃ I appreciate how Adam has weekly check-ins with me to discuss updates and any questions I have.
⁃ Adam provides quick and honest feedback. He’s observed my form based on video recordings and made modifications/improvements to help me with certain exercises
⁃ Adam stresses the importance of long-term consistency, instead of promising quick results. This mentality has helped me focus on the long haul, so I don’t get disappointed if I don’t achieve my ideal physique in 2-3 months (like some other coaches promise)
⁃ I love his Instagram posts – smart, sarcastic, and real!
After about 2 months of consistent lifting and nutrition, I’m happy to say that my lifts have continued to go up and I’ve started seeing gains in my upper and lower body. Thank you for being awesome, Adam! Excited to continue working with you!
